PMNS Angles from the Phoenix Axiom: A Geometric TFD Construction

This document determines the three PMNS mixing angles within Tensor Field Dynamics (TFD) under the current Phoenix Axiom. The aim is not an empirical re-fit to neutrino data, but an internal, status-explicit reconstruction of an angle triplet from binding structural quantities: a 45-degree hardware symmetry, a 13.7-degree attractor (a model-internal structural quantity), and the fan effect as a thermal reserve. The 2–3 sector angle follows directly from the hardware symmetry. The 1–2 and 1–3 sector formulas are explicitly classified as canonical mappings (not independent theorems). No CP phase is fixed; its status remains open. The result is a self-consistent, parameter-free TFD angle triplet intended as a basis for subsequent external test programs.
