SpeQtre: a 12U CubeSat to demonstrate entanglement-based quantum communications from space to ground

The SpeQtre nanosatellite mission aims to be the first to demonstrate satellite-to-ground quantum communications using a highly miniaturized, space-based entanglement distribution system. This mission is a collaboration between UKRI RAL Space, which provides the satellite platform and optical terminal, and SpeQtral, which supplies the entangled photon pair source and receiver hardware.
