Data and Code for: Rising ocean temperatures, truncated trophic structures, and the demise of herbivorous coral reef fishes

This repository contains the raw data used to analyze the impacts of extreme thermal stress on the trophic structure of coral reef fish assemblages. It includes models for fish biomass, abundance, size and species richness across a 31°C to 35°C gradient.
