A curriculum concept for training phygital sports coaches

The research aims to formulate and justify a curriculum concept for training phygital sports coaches within educational organizations. The article substantiates the need to train phygital sports coach-instructors based on data from the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and presents a curriculum for higher education institutions that train specialists in the field of physical education and sports. The scientific novelty of the study lies in proposing a curriculum concept specifically designed for educational organizations training coach-instructors in phygital sports, as well as in outlining approaches for implementing this concept. The study establishes that there is a significant demand for highly qualified specialists to develop phygital sports in the Russian Federation. However, to ensure high-quality implementation of this process, higher education institutions must carry out a series of measures, the primary one being the development of a curriculum that accounts for the unique characteristics and specific requirements of phygital sports.
