Engaging Students in Mathematics Learning Through Team Problem‑Solving Games

Abstract This chapter describes six team Problem‑Solving games that have been used in and beyond the classroom for enriching students’ experiences with secondary school level mathematics. I discuss different possibilities offered by these games to engage students in learning subject matter. I conclude with six recommendations that are based on long-time field observations and supported by educational theories.
