This dataset contains structured match-level records of water polo competitions held at the Korean National Sports Festival from 1989 to 2025. The dataset includes: 1. Match results for U18 and Open divisions2. Yearly competition records and participating provincial teams3. Match outcomes (winner and loser)4. Tournament stage information (preliminary, quarterfinal, semifinal, final)5. Medal results for each year (gold, silver, and joint bronze) The data were compiled from official competition records of the Korean National Sports Festival and organized for the analysis of long-term competitive structure in water polo.
