DescriptionAbstractTUS OS® Core is the normative technical specification for the fixed protocols and deterministic processing model of the TUS OS system. It defines canonical execution boundaries, receipt construction rules, verification properties, and conformance requirements for producing stable, content-addressable decision receipts from identical inputs and configuration. The specification distinguishes deterministic core behavior from orchestration and deployment concerns so that integrity, replayability, and third-party verification can be assessed independently of implementation environment.
