This patch release of wf-basecalling permits additional kit names for demultiplexing, and updates the version of Dorado to v1.4.0 introducing the RNA v5.3 models. Changed Updated Dorado to v1.4.0. Introduces support for RNA v5.3.0 basecalling models. Includes all fixes from Dorado v1.3.1. Several dorado output formats have been changed to align with the 26.01 ONT Output Specifications. Updated to wf-template v5.7.1 to maintain compliance with our latest wf-template standard, changing: The README docs sections to move related protocols after inputs and outputs. Links in the README to point at our new documentation website. Our pre-commit configuration to resolve a dependency issue in our test infrastructure. Added barcode_kit now permits TWIST-96-B, TWIST-96-C and TWIST-96-D barcode kits. Fixed Fixes crash in Dorado demux for BAMs without RG lines.
