NEUSARS-QX1 v0.2: κ-Normalized Nodal Execution Benchmark for Quantum Systems

NEUSARS-QX1 v0.2 uses the Kuramoto model as a reference synchronization baseline for heterogeneous computational systems. Its primary observable is v(Z_n) = R, the Kuramoto order parameter, used to measure global phase coherence. The framework is driven by κ-normalization (κ = GM·10⁻⁵¹), which maps incompatible domains into a common execution space. NEUSARS does not stop at synchronization measurement: it tests whether κ-normalized coupling can drive quantum execution nodes toward high-coherence states (R ≈ 0.9994) and whether that coherence becomes operationally admissible through secondary metrics (K-1:K-5). Previously validated across five operational domains—healthcare, fintech, maritime, governance, and agriculture—this benchmark extends the framework to quantum systems. Sealed, reproducible, and falsifiable.
