Abstract

The Clareon IOL was equivalent to the AcrySof IQ IOL regarding ACD changes from 1 day to 6 months. No significant differences were observed in ACD, IOL tilt, or refractive outcomes at 6 months between the two IOLs in the same patients. Both IOLs showed good stability in the bag through 6 months.
