Abstract

Shorter RT scheme with higher dose per fraction may mitigate cytogenetic damage in circulating lymphocytes, offering potential advantages in long-term safety profiles. In vitro chromosomal radiosensitivity, as assessed by CBMN assay is not a hallmark for second primary BC risk.
