Holistic and Distributed BAS Central Orchestrator (BCO): A Multi-Node Framework for Physics-Informed Edge Diagnostics

The computational load of simultaneously processing N biophysical domains—including Optical, Dielectric, Inductive, Electrochemical, Volatile, and Photonic, with extensibility to future sensing modalities—surpasses the volatile memory and real-time processing threshold of a monolithic microcontroller. This paper details the BAS Central Orchestrator (BCO) redesigned under a distributed computing paradigm: the BAS-Cluster. We define the BAS-Link communication protocol, a three-phase synchronization protocol to mitigate cross-talk, and the Neural Control Orchestration based on Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINN). By delegating specialized physics to worker nodes and supporting dynamic registration of new domains Dk for k > 6, this decentralized approach ensures diagnostic sovereignty, high-fidelity triage in humanitarian environments, and future-proof scalability.
