Penelitian ini menganalisis fenomena perceraian digital melalui pendekatan interdisipliner yang mengintegrasikan hukum keluarga Islam mazhab Syafi‘iyyah, teknologi informasi, transformasi sosial, dan antropologi hukum. Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi telah melahirkan praktik penjatuhan talak melalui media digital seperti pesan teks dan aplikasi percakapan, yang memunculkan persoalan keabsahan hukum, etika, serta perubahan makna sosial perceraian dalam masyarakat Muslim kontemporer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji keabsahan perceraian digital menurut fiqh Syafi‘iyyah, menelaah peran teknologi informasi dalam sistem administrasi perceraian di peradilan agama, serta menganalisis transformasi sosial-budaya yang memengaruhi pemaknaan perceraian digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), melalui analisis normatif terhadap kitab fiqh klasik dan kontemporer, Undang-Undang Perkawinan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam, regulasi peradilan agama, serta literatur teknologi dan antropologi hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceraian digital dapat dinilai sah secara fiqh apabila memenuhi rukun dan syarat talak, khususnya kejelasan lafaz dan niat, dengan media digital dianalogikan sebagai tulisan. Digitalisasi peradilan melalui sistem e-Court meningkatkan efisiensi dan akses keadilan, namun berpotensi mengurangi dimensi etis dan spiritual perceraian. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan kerangka ijtihad kontekstual hukum keluarga Islam yang adaptif terhadap teknologi digital tanpa mengabaikan prinsip keadilan, kehati-hatian, dan maqasid al-syari‘ah. This study analyzes the phenomenon of digital divorce through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates Islamic family law of the Shafi'iyyah school, information technology, social transformation, and legal anthropology. The development of communication technology has given birth to the practice of imposing talaq through digital media such as text messages and conversation applications, which raises the issue of legal validity, ethics, and changes in the social meaning of divorce in contemporary Muslim society. The purpose of this research is to examine the validity of digital divorce according to fiqh Shafi'iyyah, examine the role of information technology in the divorce administration system in religious courts, and analyze socio-cultural transformations that affect the meaning of digital divorce. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of library research, through normative analysis of classical and contemporary fiqh books, Marriage Law, Compilation of Islamic Law, religious court regulations, and technological literature and legal anthropology. The results of the study show that digital divorce can be considered fiqh valid if it meets the principles and requirements of talaq, especially clarity of pronunciation and intention, with digital media analogous to writing. The digitization of the judiciary through the e-Court system increases efficiency and access to justice, but has the potential to reduce the ethical and spiritual dimension of divorce. The contribution of this research lies in strengthening the contextual ijtihad framework of Islamic family law that is adaptive to digital technology without ignoring the principles of justice, prudence, and maqaṣid al-shari'ah.
