Abstract

• In children with febrile tonsillopharyngitis, we could not observe a reduction in antibiotic prescription rates using mPOC compared to routine care, including RADT. • Further efforts regarding diagnostic and antibiotic stewardship are warranted. Trial registration number (DRKS-ID): DRKS00034362.
