Abstract: Facing mental, physical and social development issues, the amount of stress that individuals are undergoing has proven to be of concern. A shift towards more vivid depiction of the inpatient care process reveals that the well-being deteriorates with unhealthy levels of anxiety and depression. The procrastination factors are related to poor health concerning cardiovascular, immunity-reducing, eating disorders, and quality of life; hence, class cannot be done without yielding value. Most of the people picture yoga as a traditional discipline that implies a combination of physical postures, thought processes and respiration patterns and practice it primarily with physical aims aimed at their health. The present research aims to answer the question, what effect will the enrolment of my adult male in yoga classes have on his ability to manage stress over a certain period of time? This will include before and after longitudinal evaluations of health status, following the introduction of a structured regimen of yoga. Using this basic ex post facto design was applied in the present study to see the effects of principal variables. The participants were assessed about their stress during the study on yoga, their physical fitness, and their emotional stability, as well as life satisfaction, as well as additional indices of well-being, concerning the activity, the yoga course aimed at enhancing these. Voluntary Yoga tends to be difficult during the specified sessions at the end of each exercise for particular evaluations due to every preference from one to the next, or in other uses of it. The focus will be placed on yoga as an intervention option that is not costly to maintain, unlike the continuous expenditure on the purchase of long-term medication.
