This document establishes the Delphi consensus methodlogy protocol for developing and validating the Value Based Outdoor Healthcare (VBOHC) Outcome Measurement Standard, the field's first formally structured, expert-consensus, derived measurement framework for nature-based clinical interventions integrated within value-based care payment models. VBOHC is an original clinical and research framework coined by Anna Hallows at Oak Mountain Outdoor Healthcare (OMOHC.Org), Eden, Utah, first documented August 24, 2021. This protocol defines four target domains- mental health, cardiovascular and metabolic conditions, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and early-stage neurodegeneration, and establishes a three round Delphi process for achieving expert consensus on core outcome domains, measurement instruments, and minimum data standards.
