Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara job crafting dan person-organization fit pada karyawan Generasi Z yang bekerja di sektor industri wilayah Kabupaten Semarang. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Generasi Z dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Pengukuran job crafting menggunakan Job Crafting Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Tims et al. (2012), sedangkan person-organization fit diukur menggunakan Person-Organization Fit Scale berdasarkan teori Kristof (1996). Instrumen penelitian disebarkan dalam bentuk kuesioner online. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 21 dengan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,590 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara job crafting dan person-organization fit. Semakin tinggi tingkat job crafting, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat person-organization fit pada karyawan Generasi Z, dan sebaliknya. This study aims to examine the relationship between job crafting and person-organization fit among Generation Z employees working in the industrial sector of Semarang Regency. Participants in this study were Generation Z employees, with a total sample of 100 participants. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Job crafting was measured using the Job Crafting Scale developed by Tims et al. (2012), while person-organization fit was measured using the Person-Organization Fit Scale based on Kristof’s theory (1996). The instruments were distributed in the form of online questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics version 21, and the correlation test employed was Karl Pearson’s Product Moment correlation. The results showed a correlation coefficient of r = 0.590 with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a positive and significant relationship between job crafting and person-organization fit. Higher levels of job crafting are associated with higher levels of person-organization fit, and vice versa.
