Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) is known as an evolutionary technology in all industries, especially in supply chain management (SCM). AI resolves various challenges that occurred due to globalization, changing demand, and uncertain market conditions. AI-based systems to improve their functionality in companies. (Kohtamäki et al., 2019). AI is highly beneficial to supply chain management systems. AI technologies include machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation, through which demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics optimization, and risk management are achieved.
