Safe technique for dropped nucleus using a combined Lollipop and Cowboy approaches

This video demonstrates a safe surgical management strategy for a dropped nucleus using a combined approach.We introduce the "Lollipop technique" to stabilize and emulsify the nucleus using a diathermy probe, followed by the "Cowboy technique" for sutureless IOL fixation using a 27-gauge Finesse Flex Loop.This combination ensures controlled nucleus removal and secure IOL implantation without corneal and retinal complications.
