Complete genome sequences of two <i>Mesoterricola</i> strains belonging to the phylum <i>Acidobacteriota</i> , isolated from sediment and paddy soil

<i>Mesoterricola</i> strains MK458 and JemC181 are anaerobic bacteria within the phylum <i>Acidobacteriota</i>, isolated from sediment and paddy soil, respectively. Here, we report their complete genomes, ranging from 4.76 to 5.18 Mb in size, with G + C contents of 68.3%-68.6%, encoding 4,021-4,435 protein-coding genes.
