The Tilt-Up construction system has established itself as one of the most efficient and predominant methodologies for industrial and commercial buildings in North America, being used in millions of square meters annually. This article examines the fundamental characteristics, historical development, and standardized execution process of tilt-up concrete walls. The construction methodology is rigorously described, covering everything from the preparation of the foundation slab and the installation of reinforcement steel to the horizontal casting and subsequent lifting of the panels using high-capacity cranes. Furthermore, the competitive advantages of the system are analyzed, highlighting a reduction in execution times of between 10% and 30% compared to traditional methodscompared to traditional methods (Salih et al., 2025), as well as its notable performance in fire resistance and thermal efficiency. Finally, it is concluded that the system's ability to integrate structural and enclosure functions into a single monolithic element makes it an optimal solution that balances cost, speed, and durability, effectively responding to the demands of modern infrastructure.
