Prognostic factors associated with recurrence in patients undergoing surgery for hepatic cystic echinococcosis. A systematic review with meta-analysis.

This repository contains the supplementary materials for the systematic review "Prognostic Factors Associated with Recurrence in Patients Undergoing Surgery for Hepatic Cystic Echinococcosis: A Systematic Review," including the search strategies adapted for each bibliographic source — Medline, Scopus, Embase, Web of Science, BIREME-BVS, and SciELO — (S1 Appendix), a descriptive table of the 19 included studies summarizing eligibility criteria, methodological quality assessed with the MInCir-Pr2 scale, and use of adjuvant benzimidazole therapy (S2 Appendix), the domain-level risk of bias ratings for each included study assessed with the QUIPS tool (S3 Appendix), and the complete meta-analysis data including forest plots (S4 Appendix). Materials are provided to ensure transparency and replicability of the review process.
