Contemporary educational systems remain largely organized around a transmissive model of teaching in which academic success is frequently measured by students’ ability to reproduce taught knowledge or procedures. However, the correct reproduction of content does not necessarily guarantee deep conceptual understanding. This article proposes an alternative pedagogical perspective based on the idea that meaningful learning emerges through the active reconstruction of conceptual structures by learners.We introduce the concept of an Instant of Victory, defined as the cognitive moment in which a learner resolves a conceptual tension and reconstructs the coherent structure of a concept or principle through their own intellectual activity. Building on this notion, the article proposes a theoretical framework called the Constructive Victory Learning Model (CVLM). This model conceptualizes learning as a cognitive dynamic composed of four phases: cognitive tension, intellectual exploration, the Instant of Victory, and conceptual reconstruction.The model highlights the constructive role of error, inquiry, and problem-based situations in the emergence of understanding. It also suggests important pedagogical implications for the design of learning environments, the role of the teacher, and assessment practices that prioritize conceptual production and intellectual discovery rather than mere reproduction of knowledge.
