The EDIcebreaker: a new educational inclusive tool

Abstract The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee of the Réseau Québécois en Reproduction (French-Canadian meaning for “Québec Reproduction Network”) developed the EDIcebreaker (https://edi.rqr-repro.org/), an inclusive and interactive educational tool designed to build cultural intelligence and encourage respectful dialogue about DEI within research teams. Tested in research groups across multiple academic institutions in Quebec, Canada, it promotes intercultural understanding and helps create more welcoming and inclusive research and work environments.
