Strengthening the competencies of lecturers in the digital era through a talent management framework is a strategic investment in optimizing human capital to produce precise, adaptive learning innovations that have a significant impact on the effectiveness of bureaucratic transformation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success rate of the talent management approach in addressing the technological skill gap of ASN lecturers at the Makassar Religious Training Center, as well as to formulate strategies for strengthening digital competencies to improve the effectiveness of religious training in the digital era. Qualitative research methods and descriptive research types were used in this study. The results of the study show that the implementation of talent management and competency development for widiyaiswara through a systematic approach integrated with digital technology can improve the quality of learning and overcome technological skill gaps among widiyaiswara. Through talent strategies integrated with digital technology, such as online platform-based training, hybrid learning, and digital competency assessments, the Makassar Religious Training Center can contribute to the development of more adaptive, effective, and efficient learning in the future. ABSTRAK Penguatan kompetensi widyaiswara di era digital melalui kerangka manajemen talenta merupakan investasi strategis dalam mengoptimalkan modal insani guna menghasilkan inovasi pembelajaran yang presisi, adaptif, dan berdampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas transformasi birokrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan pendekatan manajemen talenta dalam mengatasi gap skill teknologi Widyaiswara ASN di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Makassar, serta merumuskan strategi penguatan kompetensi digital untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan keagamaan era digital. Metode Penelitian Kualitatif dan Jenis Penelitian Deskriptif yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, implementasi manajemen talenta dan pengembangan kompetensi widiyaiswara melalui pendekatan sistematis yang berintegrasi dengan teknologi digital dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mengatasi ketidaksesuaian skill teknologi di kalangan widiyaiswara. Melalui strategi talenta yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital, seperti pelatihan berbasis platform online, pembelajaran hybrid, dan asesmen kompetensi digital, Balai Diklat Keagamaan Makassar dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif, efektif, dan efisien di masa depan.
