Abstract

GM-CSF promotes PECAM1 expression, angiogenesis, and vascular maturation in ECs by upregulating VEGF and Ang-1 in PCs. These effects enhance the interaction between endothelial cells and pericytes, thereby contributing to vascular stabilization and improved wound healing.
