Vflat, Structural Coupling, and Geometric Limits in the Phoenix Axiom

This work examines the official SPARC Vflat data within the Phoenix Axiom on the basis of a uniform, reproducible zero-fit evaluation. For 135 galaxies with an official Vflat entry, an operative outer reference is derived from the radial baryonic contributions and set against the catalogued flat velocity level. The result is unambiguous: the outer baryonic reference does not by itself carry the official flat velocity in a systematic sense. The resulting amplification requirement is globally real, clearly greater than one, and structure-sensitive at the same time. More compact systems show a higher operative amplification requirement than diffuse systems. An additional inclination analysis shows that geometric uncertainty can substantially soften individual outliers, but does not remove the global result. Two methodological conclusions follow. First, outer structural coupling is real and cannot be replaced by a rigid unit relation. Second, astronomical working data must be strictly distinguished from primary raw field data, because every field-theoretical evaluation is already shaped by geometric, photometric, and catalogue-level preprocessing. The work explicitly claims a TFD-internal, audit-proof, reproducible, and publication-ready status on the basis of the astronomical working data used.
