Research on the design of radar feeder against harsh environment

As the core link of radar signal transmission, the stable operation of the radar feeder directly determines the overall performance of the radar. Because radar is often deployed in complex environments such as the wild, coastal, and high-altitude, it is susceptible to harsh factors such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity changes, and salt spray, resulting in increased signal loss, corrosion and aging of components, and even functional failure. In order to solve this problem, this paper focuses on the corrosion mechanism of radar feeders and carries out research on the design of radar feeders against harsh environments. The comprehensive design method of radar feeder against harsh environment is proposed from three aspects: material protection, structural protection and process protection, and the design methods involved are mature and effective, which provides technical support for the reliable operation of radar equipment in harsh environments and provides a positive reference for the subsequent design of similar feeders.
