Simulink DG model for pattern separation

A mathematical model of the dentate gyrus was developed in Simulink based on the model described by Guzman et al., 2021. The concept adapted from the original work was built on a smaller scale and modified to enable investigation of how the intrinsic properties of dentate gyrus granule cells and their synapses influence the pattern processing mechanism according to the paradigm described by Madar et al., 2019.
