Geometry from Information: Complete Series (v3)

This is v3 of the Geometry from Information series (Papers 1–16).Changes from v2:Lemma 16.4.2 (Paper 16) corrected: the total modular Hamiltonian K_\xi^{\rm tot} (Iyer–Wald) is now explicitly distinguished from its local density K_\xi on S^2.
