Purpose: To evaluate outcomes after cataract surgery with bilateral implantation of two trifocal, two diffractive, and two nondiffractive extended depth of focus (EDOF) intraocular lenses (IOLs). And to assess outcomes of refractive lens exchange (RLE) in patients with mild to moderate amblyopia following bilateral implantation of trifocal IOLs. Patients and Methods: This study included 346 eyes of 173 patients who underwent cataract surgery with Synergy, PanOptix, Symfony, AT LARA, Vivity, or PureSee IOLs, and 33 amblyopic eyes of 31 patients who underwent RLE with AT LISA tri/tri toric or FineVision Micro F/POD FT IOLs at Lexum Eye Clinic between 2014 and 2025. Evaluated parameters included subjective refraction, visual acuity, defocus curve, contrast sensitivity (CS), patient satisfaction, and the incidence of photic phenomena and complications. In amblyopic patients, binocular dissociation tests, stereopsis, and color vision were also assessed. Results: The mean follow-up was 6.92 months in the cataract cohort and 10 years after RLE. In cataract patients, the spherical equivalent (SE) achieved emmetropia. Postoperative uncorrected distance and near visual acuity (UDVA/UNVA) were 0.10/0.04 (Synergy), 0.05/0.02 (PanOptix), 0.06/0.18 (Symfony), 0.08/0.27 (AT LARA), 0.05/0.23 (Vivity), and 0.05/0.24...
