Modèles stochastiques et innovations en assurance et finance : de la statistique bayésienne à la blockchain

This manuscript synthesizes the research conducted since my doctoral thesis, defended in June 2015. The work is organized around two themes: the application of Bayesian methods in actuarial science and finance, and the analysis of \blockchain systems using stochastic models.
