Cosmological Block of the Phoenix Axiom Final Treatment of Hubble, Temperature, and CMB Scale Tests

This work presents the cosmological block of the Phoenix Axiom as a closed results document. It is centred on three cleanly separated test blocks: the Hubble block, the temperature block, and the geometric CMB scale block. The evaluation is carried out strictly on the binding canonical basis of the Phoenix Axiom and consistently separates model-internal derivation from external reference data. The Hubble block yields an internally closed value positioned between the two main reference spheres of CMB-based and local Hubble determination. The temperature block shows a very small deviation between the canonical minimum value and the measured background temperature. The geometric CMB scale block leads to a closed prediction for the observed angular scale and thereby enables a direct structural comparison between theory and reference value. The document explicitly claims a TFD-internal, audit-proof, and reproducible status.
