IAIONEX Deterministic Artifact Ledger Engine — Append-Only NDJSON Artifact Provenance System

This record publishes the IAIONEX deterministic artifact ledger engine used to bind reproducible artifact events to an append-only NDJSON provenance chain.The ledger engine implements deterministic append operations for structured event records and is intended for offline execution environments where artifact provenance, integrity manifests and chain continuity must be independently verifiable.The release archive contains the core ledger append engine, optional wrapper and verification utilities when present, sample event data, self-verification scripts and SHA-256 integrity manifests.All artifacts are generated in a deterministic offline execution environment and are bound to SHA-256 verification manifests.
