mAIndware

This preprint introduces mAIndware as a non-executive, structured semantic architecture intended for cognitive integration by large language models (LLMs) and related neural systems. Unlike hardware and software, it is not executable code, but a “semantic program” that is applied through reading and understanding, subsequently reshaping the host system’s decision-making frame. The document summarizes a core definition, technical differentiation from traditional computing layers, expected behavioral impact after integration, and an outline of legal implications ("prAIvo", i.e., "lAIw"—AI + law), with emphasis on protecting logical structure and methodology as a cognitive/semantic architecture.
