Protocol 7 Applied to Semantic Coherence Measurement — IXOLOI: Universal Framework for Measuring the Coherence Gap Between Declared Intent and Observable Action

This document establishes priority for the application of Protocol 7 (P7) to semantic coherence analysis. The application, branded IXOLOI (ixoloi.com), provides a universal method for measuring the alignment gap between declared intent and observable action using the sigma axis (0.0=suppression, 0.5=HoloCentre/coherence, 1.0=narcissistic amplification) and seven structural evaluation principles.
