This work develops an Optimal Transport (OT) framework for a QCD-type open quantum sector on a certified readout window. The central point is that the reduced OT differential equations are treated as the native nonlinear effective equations of the framework within that window and under the theory cutoff, without imposing a weak-field approximation at the outset. Their representative form is ∇q˙_(G)(q˙−L(q))+(∇(G)L)†(q˙−L(q))=−grad_GU_src(q)+ν ♯G(ιq˙F)+⋯ displaying both a scalar constitutive channel and a curvature-driven holonomic channel. The paper then shows how, under controlled reductions (certified window, adiabatic regime, weak-field readout), these nonlinear OT equations recover standard low-energy readout sectors while preserving a specifically OT structure: an operational separation between constitutive and holonomic contributions. The aim is therefore not to replace standard QCD, but to provide a mathematically controlled bridge between a native nonlinear OT dynamics and its classical or effective low-energy readout regimes.
