"Substrate Yield in Neutron-Star Glitches: χ ≈ 0.15 Boundary from ATNF Pulsar Catalogue Audit"

We present an empirical audit of 624 pulsar glitches from the Australia Telescope National Facility (ATNF) Glitch Parameters catalogue, testing whether glitch sizes obey a universal dimensionless tension boundary χ ≈ 0.15 previously identified in solar-wind plasma, LHC lepton high-pT tails, and QGP collective flow observables.
