Abstract

Both SCIT and SLIT, when combined with ICS, offer superior efficacy compared to ICS monotherapy. The comparable immunological changes observed in SCIT and SLIT suggest a shared mechanism of immune tolerance, potentially mediated through Treg cell induction.
