104P Toxicity patterns associated with sequencing immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs): A nationwide real-world analysis from the French Health Insurance Database (SNDS)

Sequencing tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) after immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has been associated with an increased risk of specific adverse events (AEs) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, comprehensive real-world data on both severe and chronic AEs are limited. Using the nationwide health insurance database (SNDS) which covers > 99% of the French population, we aimed to describe toxicity patterns associated with TKIs after prior ICIs exposure or TKIs alone.
