Conclusions: This is the first prospective phase III trial showing osi plus CTx significantly prolongs PFS versus osi monotherapy in advanced EGFRm NSCLC with TP53 co-mutations.These findings suggest that this high-risk population might benefit more from combination therapy.Clinical trial identification: NCT04695925.
