Tryptophan Treatment in Adolescents Diagnosed with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI): A Literature Review

This literature review examines the role of dietary tryptophan in regulating melatonin production and improving sleep quality in adolescents with traumatic brain injury (TBI).
