Companion code and data package for "Geometric Origin of Fermion Mass Hierarchy Exponents"

This archive is the companion code and data package for the manuscript “Geometric Origin of Fermion Mass Hierarchy Exponents.” It contains the source code, computational artifacts, stored outputs, and execution logs used to reproduce the paper’s reported results in F-theory geometry, modular fixed-point extraction, structural checks, and universality scans. The package root is the directory containing run_all.sh. A one-command reproducibility run is available via bash run_all.sh, with software requirements and step-by-step instructions documented in README_REPRO.md. File-level provenance is documented in PROVENANCE.md, and number-to-output traceability is summarized in NUMBER_VERIFICATION.md. The archive includes witness-geometry scripts and binaries, the main Mathematica verification suite, modular Monte Carlo extraction code for the \kappa finite-size analysis, structural derivation checks, universality-scan inputs, machine-readable witness artifacts, and per-step logs. It is intended to reproduce the computational claims and supporting artifacts cited in the companion manuscript.
