Ms. Parnes is an attorney and expert in the intersection of quantum technology and policy with experience in policy making, administrative law, and advocacy. After serving as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. Senate, Ms. Parnes earned her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School where she gained practical experience in federal rulemaking.
