Abstract

<i>LRP</i>5-related disorders should be considered in patients with recurrent fractures and visual involvement. Zoledronate appears effective in improving bone density, reducing fracture frequency, and promoting vertebral remodeling, although further studies are required to determine optimal treatment duration.
