Economic Analysis and Technical Efficiency Assessment of SmartPO.VoxsVibe.com Powered by the Proprietary VoxsVibe Engine: An IEEE-Standard Manuscript

This manuscript presents a full-scale economic and technical assessment of SmartPO.VoxsVibe.com, an industrial document intelligence system powered by the proprietary VoxsVibe Engine. Evaluated on a massive five-year corpus of 1,125,829 purchase orders -including 112,583 handwritten and 225,166 blurred documents -the system achieved an end-to-end accuracy of 99.86% with an optimized latency of 3 seconds per page. Economic analysis indicates potential direct savings of 5.63 to 16.89 million THB per 1.1 million documents. The study demonstrates how VoxsVibe transforms procurement from a manual cost center into a high-leverage efficiency hub integrated with SAP and ERP systems.
