Abstract

The article analyzes producer price trends in the grain, dairy, and meat markets of Russia, the United States, and the European Union, as well as in the sugar, potato, vegetable, and sunflower markets in Russia and the United States. The growth of global export prices for food in the first 9 months of 2025 has been revealed. It is noted that the increase in the FAO food price index is associated with the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
