Abstract

Summary statement This study investigated the spike morphology traits of 528 wheat accessions across varying altitudinal environments and revealed that different genotypes employ distinct strategies to adapt to altitudinal changes. Genome‐wide association study was conducted to identify haplotypes associated with both the altitudinal sensitivity and stability of different spike morphology traits.
