Abstract This chapter explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI)-based adaptive learning management in enhancing both academic achievement and student well-being. It focuses on generative AI platforms that create personalized quizzes, dynamically adjust difficulty levels, and provide positive feedback to sustain motivation. By analyzing students’ responses in real time, the system adapts instruction to maintain learners within their optimal difficulty range, thereby boosting confidence, self-efficacy, and engagement. The chapter highlights how AI-driven quiz systems not only reduce students’ learning anxiety but also cultivate resilience and intrinsic motivation. Importantly, these innovations alleviate teachers’ workload by automating quiz creation and monitoring learning progress, enabling educators to focus on individualized support and meaningful relationships.
