The genome sequence of the Common Yellow Sally, Isoperla grammatica (Poda, 1761) (Plecoptera: Perlodidae)

We present a genome assembly from an individual male <i>Isoperla grammatica</i> (the Common Yellow Sally; Arthropoda; Insecta; Plecoptera; Perlodidae). The genome sequence is 874.6 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 14 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the assembled X ₁ and X ₂ chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 16.2 kilobases in length. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland.
